Six Sigma White Belt training course is designed to equip delegates with the basics of six sigma work and will prepare you for further training. The course focuses on providing knowledge of how to become an effective Six Sigma White Belt. Delegates will gain a brief understanding of all the six sigma roles comprising Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt. In addition, they will acquire knowledge of 8 wastes – defects, overproduction, waiting, non-utilised employees, transportation, inventory, motion, and extra processing.
During this course, delegates will become familiarised with the concept of DMAIC methodology. The course will also teach about different quality tools such as process map, Checksheets, histogram, Pareto chart, and fishbone diagram.
