Transport

Wrexham has a total of four railway stations. They are Ruabon, Gwersylit, Wrexham Central and Wrexham general. The Wrexham General was thrown open to the public in the year 1846. It was opened for a second time in 1997 after it was rebuilt in the year 1912. It has a total of six platforms.

On the other hand, the Wrexham Central railway station is a small terminus station located on Island Green Retail Park.

Bus

Wrexham has a new bus terminal, the largest in north wales. People who want to travel local, regional and long-distance can use this bus terminal. The Stagecoach and Arriva bus wales are the two companies which operate the bus services. People can travel long distance, all the way up to Edinburgh through Manchester. There is also a shuttle service which links the Industrial estate and Wrexham.
