Tourism
Windsor is a popular tourist destination as a result of the castle and has amenities usually found in bigger towns: two railway stations, several large hotels, and a theatre. There are several boat trips run on the River Thames, with connections to Maidenhead and Staines-upon-Thames. Alexandra Gardens is hosting a temporary ice rink in winter.
