Sheffield

Sheffield is a city and local government district in England. The population of the city is 582,506. It is one of the 8th largest regional English towns. It is the 3rd largest English district by the population. Sixty percent of the area of Sheffield is green, and 3rd of the town lies in the Peak District National Park. There are above 250 parks, gardens and woodlands in the city.

Education

Sheffield has two universities. Both bring about 65,000 students to Sheffield each year. SHU is a university on the two sites in Sheffield. It is the 3rd largest university in the UK with more than 37,000 students, 4,170 faculties and 747courses.  There are some primary further education provider schools, while 26 secondary schools.

Entertainment

It has six cinemas complex, out of which four are in the city Centre and an additional two in the Lower Don Valley. Sheffield is the house of many bars, restaurants, a bowling alley and a cinema multiplex. It is the largest Cineworld complex in the UK, including 20 screens in a single building. It has thriving poetry and spoken word view, and there are still the opportunities for experienced and new authors to get writing and sharing their work.
