Reading

Reading is a large historic university and minster town in Berkshire, England and now it is the county town. It is situated in the Thames Valley at the confluence of the Thames and the Kennet River, on both the Great Western Main Line and the M4 motorway. It is 70 miles (110 km) east of Bristol, 24 miles (39 km) south of Oxford, 40 km (64 km) west of London, 14 miles (23 km) north of Basingstoke, 12 miles (19 km) south-west of Maidenhead and 15 miles (24 km) east of Newbury as the crow flies.

Commercial Centre

Dublin is a contemporary and historical centre for industry, education, arts and administration. In 2018, this city was listed as a global city with a rank of "Alpha" by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network (GaWC).

Education
Reading School is the 16th oldest school in England, established in 1125. There are six state secondary schools and 38 state primary schools within the area, together with several private and independent schools as well as nurseries. The University of Reading was founded in 1892, and it was affiliated from Oxford University.
