Certified Lean IT Training Course Overview

Lean IT is the application of lean management and manufacturing principles to the delivery of IT services. As with the application of Lean to other areas of business, the focus of Lean IT is the reduction of waste and the increase of value produced. This is accomplished by improving the relationship between IT and business and ensuring their goals are aligned.

Our 2-day Lean IT course provides delegates with a comprehensive overview of key Lean IT principles, practices and tools with a view to ensuring these can be used to establish a Lean mindset which characterises the whole IT department. Delegates will learn how to organise their activities to reduce waste and increase value. They will learn how to follow Lean principles for organisation, work, problem-solving and more, finishing the course with knowledge of a wide range of tools and approaches for using Lean in an IT environment.

The course concludes with our Certified Lean IT exam, which tests knowledge and provides Certified Lean IT certification upon successful completion.
