Our 2-day Scrum Product Owner course provides a thorough understanding of the role of the Product Owner in Scrum, showing how to maintain a responsive product backlog and convey a clear vision to the rest of the Scrum team. As the project’s key stakeholder, the Product Owner aims to maximise the value of the product, optimising the work performed by the Development Team to ensure it is aligned to the goals and values of the company. Our course will show you the steps required to perform this role effectively.

Some basic Scrum knowledge is required, but experience as a Product Owner is not as the course covers the principles of being a Product Owner from the very beginning before working up to the practicalities of the role. The course is followed by an exam to prove knowledge, after which you will receive Scrum Product Owner certification.
