Scrum teams feature a number of different roles, with a Scrum Master being responsible for helping development teams work through their backlog by removing any obstacles, organising resources and coordinating team members to work according to their skillset.

Beginning with an introduction to the principles of Scrum, it provides a comprehensive look at key Scrum practices and ideas and shows how to become an effective leader with excellent communication skills.
Scrum Master is for anybody looking to be able to lead a Scrum team. No previous experience with Scrum is needed as the course starts from the very beginning. The course concludes with an exam to assess knowledge and gain certification.
