Our 1-day Managing and Influencing Stakeholders course provide a strong understanding of how to effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders during a change programme. As well as providing a communication strategy for ensuring these stakeholders are kept in the loop, the course features a range of tools to use to help to influence stakeholders, overcome resistance and improve openness and readiness for change. The course also provides soft skills for relations with stakeholders including listening and communication skills.
