Next, it covers the key roles required by GDPR followed by data protection impact assessments, privacy by design, the lawfulness of processing and more. The final section of this course discusses how to demonstrate compliance, the roles of Data Controllers, Processors and Data Protection Officers, and GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
